Dutch cocoa powder

The growing areas of our dutch premium cocoa powders are in West Africa, predominantly Ivory Coast and Ghana. It gives the cocoa that specific Africa flavour. All of these premium cocoa powders are alkalized, refering to the 'Dutch process' developed in the early 19th century by Dutch chocolate maker Van Houten.

 

EKA offers Dutch cocoa powders with cocoa butter content of 10 up to 24%, with nice flavour profiles. Every type has it's unique color from light brown to red brown. Ending with a deep dark brown color.

Royal dutch 10/12%

This full bodied, balanced, alkalized cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 10 to 12% to provide a nice cocoa flavour.

This is a high quality, alkalized or 'Dutched' cocoa powder. It has the best quality to price ratio. This cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 20 to 22%.

Our richest cocoa powder, the premium quality 'dutched' cocoa powder has an extra high cocoa butter content of 22 to 24%. For the extra smooth taste.

EKA cocoa powder 'Dolce' delivers an extra sweet twist of vanilla flavor to the cocoa powder. For an even more indulgent cocoa experience. It has a coco butter content of 20 to 22% with a pH value of 7,5.

Dark dutch 10-12%

A full bodied extra dark cocoa powder. Perfect for blending your cocoa products more darker. It contains a low cocoa butter content of 10 to 12%. With a pH value of 8,0.
