Our organic cocoa powders are available alkalized; dutch process for a smooth and less bitter flavour or natural that retains a more acidic nature and bitter taste. All with the ultimate goal: a perfect match of our customer's demand.
This full bodied, organic cocoa powder has a cocoa butter content of 10 to 12% to provide a nice cocoa flavour. It has a pH value of 5,7.
